admin Question by Helen: What is your idea of opening a boutique next to another one?
I want to open a women’s boutique, and there is a space for rent that is in a really good location. But the think is I would be right next to another women’s boutique. I’ve been getting mixed opinions from people saying it is not a good idea, but then some are saying it is a good idea. What do you think?
The space is like a really big house with different spaces rented out. Downstairs is a salon and a flower shop, upstairs is a cellular store a boutique and then my possible boutique…

Go ahead, it happens all the time. Just make sure it isn’t something that wouldn’t overly outshine you, you don’t want to lose customers.
